Hey folks - as a member of the DawgNation community, please remember to abide by simple rules of civil engagement with other members:
- Please no inappropriate usernames (remember that there may be youngsters in the room)
- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans
- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum
- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

Re: Next To Commit To The G 2020
Yes I’ve heard similar things. First it’s important to note that staff is prepping to lose 4 OL. They feel confident in losing both tackles and they’re prepping to lose Kindley and Cleveland as well. The thought is first 3 rounds of draft could have 4 Dawgs go on OL. Not talking probable, talking possible here. So as I… -
Re: Next To Commit To The G 2020
Good question. If Fromm goes down, depending on severity, it’s safe to assume this impacts his plans after the season which I expect him to declare. Assume he returns. How bright is the future for that 20 team? I think we’d ping them for a championship run as well. My answer is none will waver. sc has the advantage of… -
Re: Next To Commit To The G 2020
I do want to reiterate on this potential flip that I think this is a looong shot. Shared chatter that’s out there just in case it happens. Keeping the main thing the main thing: We have a big 4: Ringo, Washington, Burch and Smith. 2 of which sign today. We have Burton as a big anticipated flip. I put him in mock but didn’t… -
Re: Next To Commit To The G 2020
Speculating here because I don’t know. Sometimes it’s best to just consider the tea leaves. We know draft grades are coming back this week. We know it’s been Sewell or bust all cycle at ILB. We know we have let more highly ranked LBs walk by lessening the recruiting efforts, then a new offer goes out at LB. I just watched… -
Re: Next To Commit To The G 2020
WR: Holloman/Cager/Simmons/D Rob TE: Wolf/Woerner thats 6 guys needing to be replaced DL is also going to need atleast 6. There are 6 seniors and 2 juniors who could declare. & we need one true OLB (Donnell Harris) I see both Sherman & Sewell as hybrid LBs (which Kirby prefers) Flowe is a true ILB Tae Crowder & Monty Rice… -
Re: Next To Commit To The G 2020
@HughDawg , to clarify the point above, once a recruit commits, people can no longer cast CBs for the team he picked nor can they retract their CBs, 247 locks them in as incorrect at that point. However, they can change their CBs to other teams. Nolan Smith (link below) committed to UGA on 1/29/2017, but had 4 CB picks… -
Re: Next To Commit To The G 2020
We didn’t get Sewell, I guess UGA should probably just stop playing football all together now. They should give everyone a refund on their tickets, be able to trade in their Georgia swag, and a time machine to give me back all the wasted hours on this program. Calm the expletive down. Even if Georgia somehow misses on most… -
Re: Next To Commit To The G 2020
I think UGA has a better sell than OSU for a few reason. 1. I believe Fields and Paris are going hard for this kid and Fields is a hell of a recruiter. But Milton has to see that Fields only has 1 year left if he's as good as advertised. And there really isnt a sure fire backup plan. UGA doesnt have a sure fire thing… -
Re: Next To Commit To The G 2020
Interesting notes from Keith Niebuhr at 247; basically Auburn is trying to get all the Georgia boys who may not be feeling the love from the home state school: According to multiple sources, it is now believed 4-star running back Tank Bigsby of Hogansville (Ga.) Callaway ultimately will choose between Auburn and Georgia.… -
Re: Next To Commit To The G 2020
Never is a mighty long time guys, especially for recruits that haven’t even made it to college yet. Yes, Arik, Darnell, Theo are more athletic and have higher upside than Cam. There’s a lot that goes into putting your hand in the dirt in the SEC though. Can’t gauge heart and will when you’re measuring skill. All 4 would be…
