Hey folks - as a member of the DawgNation community, please remember to abide by simple rules of civil engagement with other members:
- Please no inappropriate usernames (remember that there may be youngsters in the room)
- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans
- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum
- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

Re: Next To Commit To The G 2020
Yep great stuff @JeffSentell as usual. Like u said I know our footprint on the trail covers EVERYWHERE now. But with that said, I had a general question. Top ILB is now a possibility (but seems like a slingshot imo.) But with McGlothern and Milton things feel different. I know I'm n the minority here but if a kid is ranked… -
Re: Next To Commit To The G 2020
Complex answer but depends on who wants in and BPA. Ideally we need two RBs as 5 is the number. In heart of season, it’s a rotation of 3 but 5 typically travel because of ST. Kmac is more than just a depth player but Cook is being used as a non traditional back so I believe the second RB will continue to be prioritized. At… -
Re: Next To Commit To The G 2020
Got to hand it to Pittman for keeping this close. Also have to respect the Dawgs for spending the time and resources to recruit a kid like this so hard. They are showing they are not afraid of the challenges. It's not so difficult to pull kids from states like California, Texas, Florida and even Georgia. So many great… -
Re: Next To Commit To The G 2020
Respectfully - not sure why actual comments/posts on the social media accounts of the consensus #1 target at his position in the 2020 class and/or his family aren’t relevant to this thread. Do I hope Ringo does indeed commit to UGA? I do Do I trust our resident insiders when they say they have it on good authority that we… -
Re: Next To Commit To The G 2020
Happy Mother’s Day Dawgnation! Temper expectations on Fleming. There’s a slight chance but very slight. I’m leaning more to staff taking 3 WR for 20. The early feeling is Holloman and Drob will declare for NFL. With two spots left, I think those spots will go to 2 from list below. Ranked in order of probability (mutually… -
Re: Next To Commit To The G 2020
BTW. The only way that Zirkel could have signed an NLI and not count is if he is not on scholarship until January 2021. That would make him a grey shirt. 15.5.1.10.1.1 Application. [FBS] A prospective student-athlete who signs a National Letter of Intent or an institutional offer of financial aid or a student-athlete who… -
Re: Next To Commit To The G 2020
@Denmen185 I like the mock. On OL I think a player who can potentially be a C will be prioritized if the number stays at 5 (this is based on very recent chatter). For that reason I like Van Pran there. If 6, I like both SVP and Raym and this likely subtracts 1 from WR. Trusting staff on confidence with Burch but there is… -
Re: Next To Commit To The G 2020
School may only sign a max of 25 first-time (initial counter) scholarship athletes per year for football. There are some ways that early enrollees can be counted towards previous year (back-counting) if all 25 were not used last year. Grad transfers who come in summer/fall may be counted towards next year. Wolf and Cager… -
Re: Next To Commit To The G 2020
So...updated news 9/16. Evans: Did not play last week (missed 2 games) but is expected to be back for next game. He remains a take and priority target. What specifically caused the suspension is an unknown, BUT I’m told this was not a singular incident. Evans cursing at his staff and calling their play calling trash “was a… -
Re: Next To Commit To The G 2020
Theres a lot more to the Burroughs situation than just a camp performance. There are questions regarding his “want to” overall. I really like Burroughs and I think most here agree he’s a heck of a player when he’s focused, in shape, and playing like he has that allowed him to be an take as a emerging junior. I hope…
