- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

It is a roll of the dice to expect anything beyond rotation or special teams from most incoming freshmen. Every year we have seen 1 or 2 , usually high ranking freshmen, distinguish themselves before the season and carve out a bigger role. This is a very good post. I couldn't agree more. I was pondering something similar. The days of stacking players class after class is probably over with a few exceptions. The exceptions are when you have a position or assistant coach who is considered the best at their position in the country you can still convince players… -
