Re: BREAKING: 5-star 2027 Georgia legacy DJ Jacobs commits to Ohio State
If we get the chance, we need to put Ohio st in the dirt. Can't keep letting these NIL schools get away with this much longer. If Kirby isn't willing to spend the money (which I personally agree with him), he **** sure better keep winning championships. Or the dynasty talks will slowly but surely begin to fade away. Along with top recruiting classes.

La Bron James? I just spit up my coffee! Somewhere thousands of UGA fans did the same.

The payday was just bigger at Ohio State.

Ha! Made my morning... appreciate the "preemptive strike" @Gramster !
Re: Ole Miss QB dishes potential Sugar Bowl bulletin board material to Georgia
"Chambliss was just 1-of-10 passing in the fourth quarter for 1 yard in the final quarter.
“I got in my own head a little bit,” Chambliss said, “and then was short-arming throws.”
While this particular statement (quoted above) doesn't qualify as bulletin board material, it does give us a clear example of how pressure can impact an affective QB performance. The Ole Miss offense saw a lot of success in the first three quarters of that game under his leadership. UGA dialed up some pressure in the fourth quarter and flipped the script. I love to see the Dawgs D get to the QB and chalk up a sack as much as anyone, but even if they don't quite get there, the pressure is often enough to cause very good QBs to throw an incomplete pass or hopefully an interception. This is what I hope to see right out of the gate on Thursday night!

Re: Ole Miss QB dishes potential Sugar Bowl bulletin board material to Georgia
Have these Ole Miss Rebels not seen the outcome of teams that play Georgia twice in the same year? It doesn't go well for them. I believe Kirby is undefeated. See Bama in the SECCG. Alright, Chambliss we see you. Game on!

Jacob Jr is a traitor to his state and to his father's UGA. Nothing else matters. He is precisely the type that Kirby Smart was talking about. OSU will be a great place for this mercenary. We ain't forgettin'!

Re: Georgia âhas every trick in the book,â and Gunner Stockton, to boot
“That’s what Gunner is, he’s a football player that makes the right football plays,” Brown said. “I’m a basketball junkie as well, and you think about LeBron James……."
I'm glad someone else noticed this similarity as well. Gunner has solid fundamentals on the court, he squares-up nicely to the basket on the jump shots and his free throw percentage has gone up dramatically from last year. He was flagrantly fouled in last years SECCG against Texas and gave us all a scare, but he's still willing to go aggressively to the basket. LeBron has shown a noticeable improvement as he works through his progressions, and his footwork and ball protection is really coming along. At 6'9" he has a great view of the field for those crossing routes and can dive for the first down marker from about 6 yards away!
