National Cocoa Day

Down here in FL it's quite cool. Down to 37F last night in some spots. So, it seems appropriate to have some nice, hot cocoa. I like mine with little marshmallows floating in the drink. Any of you have favorite recipes?

It's a full day on the calendar as it's also:
National Violin Day - a little early as our rivals won't need to start "playing their violins" over losing recruits to our "bag men" until Dec 19.
National Horse Day. I love horses and Seabiscuit is my favorite all time.
National Guard Birthday - Much respect to our reserve warriors.

And, finally, an odd one - National Pick A Pathologist Day. I guess I prefer to be more optimistic.

Brazil gave us cocoa, The Amazon, Rio, Pele and a Summer Olympics, and I didn't get it a thing for Christmas.

Went to Costa Maya for one of my cruise destinations and they had a cocoa museum with the best tasting chocolate I've ever had.
