I know there have beens tons of posts on salsa. Today is National Tortilla Chip Day, the perfect compliment to all of the wonderful salsa information we have on hand. Any advice/warnings about tortilla chips? Your favorites? Anybody make their own? Recipes? I know they are a good friend with whom to watch games. What other friends to they get along with?

Chips and salsa is a go to snack on the weekends for me. Sometimes even a Sat/Sun lunch. Wife found a salsa at Walmart I like, Clint's Texas Salsa, about a year ago.
