We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

National Eat What You Want Day

donmdonm Posts: 9,078 ✭✭✭✭✭ Graduate

Not that this forum needs any encouragement in this area, but...today is a day to say "Fie upon healthy eating". Get your favorite meal(s) and enjoy them. Remember, you are never more than one meal away from healthy eating. Start tomorrow or, better stlll, on Monday.

For those worried about health issues, it's also National Miniature Golf Day, so you can always go out and burn several calories with some putt-putt.

Enjoy.

The wife is visiting her daughter for the Mother's day weekend. Always gives me a chance to eat my cravings instead of hers. Today it was all about non-healthy eating. BBQ sandwich for lunch and for tonight I'm having iron skillet grilled Andouille sausage and sour kraut. She'll be glad she won't be around me later tonight......

It isn't fancy, but I only recently had the idea to add a second chicken filet to my Chick-Fil-A biscuit on Saturday mornings. It has truly changed my life.

I saw a video where this guy put Chick-Fil-A nuggets on a Red Lobster cheddar biscuit. It was brilliant.
