Took a catcher and a SS. Different approach this year. See how it all turns out in a few years.
Need a catcher for sure. Couldn’t tell ya last time they threw someone out stealing.
This kid is elite with his 1.7 pop time.
I hope they turn into all stars, because Liberty isn’t going to spend on established all-stars/players.
Must feel good about the young arm talents in the minors as well. As you said though, they do need a catcher sooner than later.
Flowers threw out a guy Saturday
Dang I missed it. Must have been a catcher lol
It ask the left fielder Stewart who played for auburn if i met not mistaken
1.7s is impressive. 1st round talent but has to develop.
Need bullpen help now. Tired of watching while knowing the Braves need to be winning by 3+ when the starters are pulled. It is hard to hold your nose for 2-3 innings every game.
His glove could play in the majors right now, bat needs a couple of years to develop. The scouts say he should be on the fast tracks to the show.
We do need bullpen help, but they've been much better recently. Bullpen is always the easiest part of a team to improve during the season. Most MLB teams have bullpen woes currently. The good news? We've had an average bullpen for 2 months of the season, but are still only .5 games back from first place. We're fine.
I’d go with a different F word over fine. How about fortunate?
I think it’s over If the Phillies sign Kimbrel
The Phillies just lost McCutchen for the season and I'd already take our lineup over theirs any day of the week. Baseball Reference has us at 75% odds to make the playoffs currently and that's without any improvements to the roster. We're fine.
A healthy Kimbrel would make us easy favorites in The East. Well..probably not just any Kimbrel, but the closer guy would.
