To make it fair we're sand bagging Matt like they do horses to even out the weight. So the 172lb Matt Boling would carry a 133lb bag of sand to equal Clint's 305lb mass.

No, I doubt he'd look good in the first 70 meters. Not even the first 7 meters. It would be all uphill after that for the senior Mr. Boling. I wonder how many meters the younger Boling would have to spot Clint to make this a close race.

I think you guys underestimate our Clint like so many movie scripts underestimated Eastwood. CB came to UGA as a 250lb ( or there about ) TE/DE, he ain't forgot how to run.

I missed the handicapping first time through the thread. 133 lbs might be enough...although if it is strapped on . like in a vest, I don't know. Interesting question.

donm. without handicapping the kid wins by a lot. If I was going to have Matt run without sand I'd make him wrestle Clint for 3 rounds and eat a big sack of tamales just before the race.
If they ran a beer mile, chugging a frosty mug after every 400, Clint might have a good advantage in the latter stages of the race.
Agreed donm. Those 305lb could probably soak up a lot of suds and keep trucking.
