An Apology

Sorry for starting new threads. Didn’t realize all I had to do was look around and I’d find someone was pretty much talking about the same thing I was so from now on I’ll look first. Believe it or not I just got internet 1 and a half years ago. I think I mentioned before I’m disabled got back the use of my legs and arms a little over 2 years ago. Head injury also my wife says I sometimes ramble on when I write on the website so I “Apologize” if I’m sometimes of topic.

No apology necessary for me. We all ramble on at times and I will certainly admit to frequently getting off topic. Much luck with your rehab. I've been there with the head injuries so can fully relate.

I don't think I've talked about it on here but about a year and some ago I had some very serious medical issues to where I was hospitalized and it was touch and go. I was really out of it and not in a coma but they told my mom that if I lived I might have brain damage.

Long story short, I lived and the specialists in Atlanta did a good job(it was rural ER Drs at first) but when I got out of the hospital after a month and a half I was not thinking clearly at all as I was weak and my brain was still recovering. I joined Dawgnation to kill time and it actually helped me to have to compose real sentences and make sense again.

It was slow going at first and YMMV on whether I make sense now but keep at it and good luck! 👍️

And for the record I have no excuse for rambling lol.

Thank you all for your kindness it is very much appreciated. I joined because of my love for UGA and that’s all sports men’s and women’s. My wife works and thought this would be good for me. I suggested match making sites. She got a good laugh out of that. I’m happily married and she new I was joking! I hope one day we can talk about the Atlanta Falcons drafting a Dawg. My hope is Jake will be groomed to take over at QB for Matt. I may be wrong but I’ve been wrong before. What are your thoughts?

i think so also. September 1st 63. As much as I love football it’s like a present each year. Start of the season especially now 5 straight days of football week 0. Could have been a little better if Miami had won. Can’t have everything though.
