Wow. Tough night.
Now Phillip Pearson looks ready to get a technical. He took off his suit jacket and had a brief exchange with referee Antonio Petty before a timeout.
Georgia now trailing by 20, in what has become a debacle. Give Alabama credit, it's played great inside and now is raining 3s.
It's time for the big money dawgs to do something about this. McGarity and Fox need to be fired.
I'm working on my game story right now, so updates will be sporadic unless something major changes here. Georgia is still showing life, to its credit, but Alabama remains too strong on the offensive end.
Just when Georgia cut it down to 13, Kenny Paul Geno was given a technical by referee John Higgins with 7:54 left. The two free throws are good, and possession.
No way of knowing from up here what Geno said. Fans at courtside, who were right there, are giving Higgins some grief too.
Didn't observe this earlier, but it looks like Corban Collins comes real close to carrying the ball on a a lot of his transition dribbles. I believe that might be a big part of Fox's beef.
what will it take to get UGA basketball better? A new gym? A new coach?
J.J. Frazier just had a 3-point shot - which would've cut it to 7 - stuffed at the top of the key.
Frazier really struggling, only has four points, 2-for-7 from the field and hasn't gotten to the line.
Suffice to say, this will be the worst loss of the season. In terms of margin of victory ... and pretty much every other barometer.
Embarrassing, absolutely embarrassing. This team, coach and AD have really taken a step back this season!
