Dawgs still have a hangover with the National " METOO" writers due the last two Bama games. As far as a layman giving the Dawgs and Bama just an eyeball check, Dawgs are a load. Bama could not beat Georgia this Saturday I don't think. Lot's of ball to play. This Georgia team is young and get much better.

Most of the sports media and experts don't follow ND all that closely because it's a lot easier and more fun to get into all of the conference jibber jabber about how awesome a handful of teams who dominate their conferences and play the Nowhere State Juco's who get paid to get beat up and other cupcakes until they finally play 1-2 tough games and make it to a Conference championship.

ND plays 9-10 bowl teams each season from all Power Five Conferences across the country...and they have to win all of them to be even considered in the Final Four conversation. ND plays four Top 25 teams this season...and one of them is #3 at their home field.

ND has been in battles in hostile stadiums every season---all over the country. ND has put 10 guys into the NFL last Spring in the NFL Draft and some of the young Pros like Zach Martin- Jaylon Smith-Quentin Nelson-Miles Boykin-Golden Tate-Will Fuller are some of the best around. The ND OL players from 2015 era have combined for over $100M in salaries/contracts---five guys...$100M.

Most writers haven't watched more than a few minutes of ND football in the past two years. This is avery balanced and talented team that knows how to attack a team's weaknesses and get mismatches and be disruptive.

Should be interesting...the writers will finally get to see 60 minutes of ND football...we'll see how they do.
