Getting legit over here. Smoking some ribs and cooking some tasty stuff. Can’t wait for the game!
Woke up this morning, split some wood for the smoker, and the crisp in the air reminded its almost Brunswick stew season. Been sitting on some smoked pork, chicken, and will smoke a brisket next weekend. Can’t wait!!!

Looking good JRT. I’m about to start cutting up some wings to throw on the grill.
Busy Saturday keeping me away from the grill today. The weather has us in the mood for BBQ, though. Bought some pork and stew from Hot Thomas. Itll do in a pinch.
I'd appreciate it, I do ribs and Q just fine, haven't been happy with my stew yet.

What is y’all preferred temp and time on ribs? They seem to be the one thing I struggle on with the smoker.
275 for four hours, no wrapping...always works for me.
Similar to @Palm_City_Dawg 275ish until they bend the way I want them to when I pick them up with a pair of tongs.
I don't wrap either unless I'm in a hurry.
250 degrees for me.
I would too, but my egg seems to like to settle in at 275 for some reason, I could make it do 250 if I wanted to, but I usually just go with the flow.
