Every profession has a few rotten to the core bad apples. Whether it be cops, coaches, football players, bicyclist, politicians, lawyers, military leaders, and last but not least news reporters (Brian Williams).

Every police department should have strict rules of conduct, and the bad ones should be weeded out. Same for the other professions.

The other cops who stood by while Mr. Floyd was killed for no reason should also be arrested and charged for at least accessory to murder in the third degree.
