- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans
- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum
- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

Do the players that opt out to train for the NFL have to remain in classes?
Did they go to classes in the first place? Burrows took one online class all last year. The ones who are serious about getting a degree would probably still go, the ones that weren't wont. Nothing is saying that they have to stay in school when they opt out.
Plus the guy who opted out on the west coast, he wanted to still work out with his teamates and his coaches wouldn't let him; not out of spite more because he opted out for his safety so they weren't going to allow him to put at risk the other athletes.
I figured they were dropping out of classes but I wasn't sure. If true, then that is a big factor I think. The players that have no interest in a degree, only NFL, like any option presented that includes no class.
The downside of this is all these LSU opt outs makes it easier for the Gators when they play them. I want Gator tears
Burrows was done with school only took a class to stay eligible if Im not mistaken.
But I think to recieve aid you have to be enrolled so Im sure most guys will stay enrolled and virtually learn.
I believe they will. So now what. You want a participation trophy? You will see just like the nfl ratings will go down.
