Falcons should draft Mac Jones

I admittedly don’t follow draft ratings closely, but to me Mac is the best QB in this draft. It appears he should be available. I don’t know if I have ever seen a more accurate college QB and that’s the most important attribute in the NFL. What am I missing? He’s not really getting much buzz for top 5 or 10 picks. Atlanta better not let Mac get away like they are known to do. Yeah, I know he’s a Bama QB but at the next level I don’t care about that. I respect this kids game, period.

I really like Jones too, many don’t and not sure why but I think he is actually being downgraded playing at Bama because of the superior talent around him.

I really like the way he moves up and around in the pocket and keeps his eyes downfield. I think he is the most accurate prospect and while Devonte caught everything, Mac threw through tight pinhole openings game after game as he did against us.

He came in Tuas class and exited a more polished disciplined prospect.

I’m with you. I know Jones wasn’t the highest rated recruit but doesn’t matter, a lot of hall of fame QBs weren’t. There’s something about Mac that’s different. Somehow he flies under the radar and seems to feed off it. And is there really any question who the best college QB was for the 2020 season? The draft is now, give me the Mac attack all day.

Not sure if you are missing anything but a lot of people who rate and scout don't have him as highly rated as you do. But what do they know? They all passed on Tom Brady until the 6rh round. They've wasted picks on QB's who never made it at all. It's always fun to see the experts crash and burn.
