Hey folks - as a member of the DawgNation community, please remember to abide by simple rules of civil engagement with other members:
- Please no inappropriate usernames (remember that there may be youngsters in the room)
- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans
- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum
- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

I was kinda busy when I saw the pic you shared and didn’t really have to respond. I’m also very jealous! It’s beautiful out your back door. I’m impressed, thanks for sharing.
I really appreciate all the compliments, but we all live in beautiful places if we stop and think about it. Sometimes we have to step outside, take a deep breath and enjoy what we have and where we are. If you're not happy, don't be afraid to make a change even if may be out of your "comfort" zone. That's what I did in 2003/2004. You would be amazed how "comfort zones" change in a short period of time.
Well said Sir!!!
OK ghost…I call BS on this. Agree we can all step outside, take a deep breath, and enjoy where we are….but your deep breath and view is still a heck of a lot better than everyone else on Dawgnation.
As Kirby says, your VIEW is either elite or it’s not. Your view is elite.
I'll appreciate my view better when my shell of a house is gone and construction has begun on my new one.😛
Spent plenty of time at the Camino Real at the airport in Managua....I was surprised by how good the food is there. Making el perro grande.
Good luck on the new build. Exciting times...😉
Thanks. We've never built a house before so it should be fun or weird or detrimental to our mental health and marriage.
All the above
^^^^^^^^ What Tex said. But worth it when all is said and done...
🙏
A new house? In this lumber market?
Straw ? Bricks ?
It's not my preference but I need a house. Living in my childhood home with my brother for the past 5 months is not something I want to keep doing. You can go back home if you have no other choice but not for this long.
Lumber is back to normal. Everything else…not so much
