    But, the minute they step foot on campus the first day of school, with an FA they are officially bound to the school

    I'm thinking the way it would go like this -he sends in his commitment letter on the 19th, but our Coaches agree to not say anything until he announces at the game on the 5th. I would be surprised if there is not a lot of info out there about which place he chose, but I guess no one would officially confirm it until the 5th?

    If he signs LOI they can still recruit him but he cannot flip. His LOI will be sent to NCAA. If he signs FA papers he can flip anytime up to enrollment.

    I have heard absolutely nothing about us recruiting any other RB’s (I know at a point we discussed Cain and DJ Williams)

    The fact the we have not heard anything else for others are we in good position for Sanders?

    I didn't think coaches could recruit a kid that had signed an NLI with another school. Am I wrong?

    I agree except if it's not announced how would they know. I think the coaches that he calls to let them know would be the only ones who would be in violation except the successful one.

    Riley Ridley was the guy. He was a SC commit but signed FA papers to UGA.

    Monty Rice was the classic. He signed FA paperwork after "flipping" from UGA to LSU and then surprised all by showing up in Athens on the first day of classes.

    Came the same year Ridley was weird cause his birth name was used not the name he used on recruiting sites
