IMO opinion it is very risky business to infer a person's inner thoughts/feelings from a still photograph and kind of rude to suggest she has anything more than a professional interest in that arm. Also, IMO, it may suggest more about the "infer-er" than the person being "analyzed". Sorry for the rant - kind of.
