    What a weird Saturday....so many ranked teams just avoiding an upset. Yet Tennessee got completely destroyed by the Gamecocks. And it wasn't even close.

    Yes, Georgia lost in the SEC Championship last year and still made the playoffs, but there were no other Conference Champions outside the top four with one loss or less. I believe Georgia showed they were unequivocally better then the ACC, Big 12 and Pac-12 Champions. That is a criteria that allows them to bypass a Conference Champion.

    Looks like UGA is in the CFP regardless. The other three spots are still up for grabs.
