- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans
- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum
- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

Why has every legal expert including the judge presiding over the case say they have major concerns over what the Tuohys did?
How was he harmed?
Being placed in that type of conservatorship is a harm in itself. They also broke the law by failing to file any annual financial report to the court. That’s why the judge left the case open to find out exactly how much they screwed him over
How did they harm him? They didn’t take one red cent from him but spent thousands on him
Mike himself hasn't even alleged any harm. You made that up. No laws were broken. Dude made $35M in the NFL and the Touhy's never touched any of it even though they should have had direct legal ownership of it. This was all about the movie money and nothing else. Turns out nobody made much off that movie. You haven't once shown how Mike was harmed or how he was ripped off.
Its literally required by Tennessee law to file a report every year. Tuohys filed zero. I even linked the document that Shelby county uses which is where they placed him under the conservatorship
So what?!? How did they harm him? You can’t answer because they didn’t. They never used the conservatorship for financial gain but to only help him. There’s no evidence of them taking anything from him or harming him in any way. You may not like it but that doesn’t matter. He will lose this case and they will end the conservatorship which they’ve agreed to do. Much ado about nothing
I’ve answered this several times already. He’s already won the case
Dude, you never even heard the term conservatorship before all this happened. Stop trying to act like a trial lawyer.
The courts ended the conservatorship which they all agreed to do. He hasn’t been harmed at all. And you know that
Why would you think I’ve never heard the term? Most people who have had to deal with an elderly family member with failing health/dementia without a living spouse usually learn about it when investigating options for handling their affairs
Britney Spears was in one. Amanda Bynes too. It’s been a common term lately. You might’ve just found out what one was from this.
The case is still open to find out exactly how much harm was caused. The court is having to audit them because they never filed financial reports or status reports
They need to put Brittany back in it asap
That woman has had enough money stolen from her
