Back in the late 90's Trent Reznor (NIN), Maynard James Keenan (Tool) hooked up with Atticus Ross and a couple of other guys to form a project called Tapeworm. Both guys were in-between projects and decided to collaborate on some songs. Ultimately, Tapeworm was scrapped by Trent who didn't think the group had the focus and commitment needed to produce music he felt lived up to the NIN and Tool standard. Maynard agreed and said he thought his ego got in the way, among other factors.
Here Puscifer does a rendition (w/Trent Reznor) of a song called Potions.

There's an animated version of this song that better explains the meaning behind the name Tapeworm.
That's a very nice production and performance. Thanks for sharing

Man. Just when I finally thought someone had a secret potion to rid myself of my tapeworm I get this.
Here's another one, however no Mayard vocals.
