Our boys are getting their backs beat in again today (8-0) in the 3rd inning. Charlie is out there throwing batting practice. This as been a ROUGH series.
It's been a rough season. I've been a Braves fan since they were in Milwaukee and will not quit now. Here's hoping they can salvage a wild card and make some post season noise. Harris had three hits in rehab at Gwinnett last night. Chipper pointed out last night the Braves lost their three fastest players to injury and how difficult it is to put pressure on the other team without that. Hoping for the best.

Still think it's too early to judge the Soler addition. Evaluate over the long haul. Looking forward personally to Michael Harris returning to the lineup. Duvall can go back to platooning with Kelenic in left. One week away…Albies hopefully beginning of September and add Yuli Gurriel with the September callups if he keeps crushing it at AAA.
When he hit that ball, I knew we were winning the world series. It was just one of those kinda moments. That video gives me chills every time I see it. Kinda like Sony taking the snap in the Rose Bowl in overtime and taking it to the house to send us to play in the NC game. I almost tore my entire living room up when that play happened 😆

Surely, an 8-2 lead is safe going Into the bottom of the eighth of today's game? Nope. The Rockies scored seven runs to take a 9-8 lead going into the ninth inning. The Rockies had five straight hits after two were out.
Possibly the worst pitching performance of the season.

That garbage I watched yesterday was just awful…. completely crapped the bed. Unacceptable.

Seeing them fall apart just so very often these days is both something that I am not accustomed to seeing from the Atlanta Braves anymore, and it is just plain so very extra sad to see it as it is happening too. I DON'T WANT TO GET USED TO IT AGAIN!!!!!! That was way back when I was just a kid, during the days of Dale Murphy, Bob Horner, and Phil Niekro!!!!

Was working around the house and saw they had a big lead.
Checked the score later and saw where they fell apart. Unreal.
This might be fatal. The teams around them in the standings are winning and the Braves are not.
