- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

Coaches Poll Top 25 sees Georgia football move into top 5 in Week 9 rankings after beating Ole Miss
âI just told the guys, thatâs a culture win,â Georgia coach Kirby Smart said.â âYou donât win that game if youâre not physically tough, mentally tough. We call it hard to kill. The one thing we are, weâre hard to kill. We wonât go away.â

Itching to play Bama again!!!
Stay in it Alabama. Yall gonna be in Die Hard 4: SEC Championship.
Georgia is harder to kill then John McClane.
Give me third place in the SEC and that one extra game OFF and I’d be happy. This year’s team is certainly exciting but definitely not good for your heart.
Florida firing Coach Napier is not good news for the Dawgs. Interim coaches often turn teams around in the short term. Look at UCLA. They fire Coach Foster and haven’t lost since.
what about the Virginia tech interim?
Perfect time for FU to fire Napier. Two weeks to prepare for UGA. Firing a coach is like taking a stick to a bee hive. Expect FU to come out with fire.
they were likely to do that anyway due to it being a rivalry game. With our defense it’ll likely be a four quarter game.
No @Kasey Georgia's defense has looked bad because they have played 3 of the better offenses in the SEC in Tennessee, Alabama and Ole Miss. Otherwise it hasn't been a "bad" defense, just not up to UGA standards: 7 points to Marshall, 6 points to Austin Peay, 14 points to Kentucky (with 7 of those in garbage time) plus holding Auburn to 10 (UGA was only in trouble in that game due to Auburn having the week to gameplan Georgia's issues on offense that Smart did not have, but Smart DID have the Ole Miss game the very next week).
The Gators, meanwhile, are not one of the better offenses in the SEC. Instead, despite a 5 star returning starter QB and a veteran OL - redshirt senior, junior, redshirt senior, redshirt senior from the portal, redshirt sophomore plus a redshirt senior and two redshirt sophomores as backups - Florida's offense is horrible. They are only "OK" running the ball - and run defense is Georgia's greatest strength - and their starting QB has thrown as many INTs as TDs.
Also, even though Florida's "offensive coordinator" is now the head coach, Russ Callaway has no experience calling plays at the major college level. His sole experience doing so was for 2 seasons at an FCS school almost 10 years ago. Otherwise, he has been a position coach and analyst his entire coaching career. Previously he was Florida's TE coach, and the Gators haven't had a notable player at TE under Napier's entire tenure: he doesn't seem to care about the position a whit. Why Florida made him the interim head coach instead of one of their co-defensive coordinators is a mystery. That way they would have been able to allow Callaway to focus on learning how to call plays and keeping Lagway from hitting the portal.
floridas interim coach is their WR coach Billy Gonzalez. Their OC is Russ callaway. Their play caller is Ryan O’Hara.
Maybe the rest of what you said has some accuracy, but I’m choosing to trust my eyes and wait and see.
Two weeks to focus on The Dawgs….I think not…….The starters have 30 days to focus on "The Decision"…do I stay or do I go??? It will all depend on who Stricklin & the boosters can entice to revive the hibernating Bayou Gators now that Bayou Billy is gone with the breeze….If Strick swings for the fences and maybe hits one out of the park…..IMHO Kiffin or better, the AC's and below can pack their bags so they too are focused on "feelers" to secure their future/careers…..I hear that there are perhaps one or two O and/or D linemen that are looking to transition from girlie gators to DAWG MEN! Hey, in the internet all thinks might be…..
