And now it's a 1-point game, as Frazier loses the ball and it leads to a breakaway layup, while Frazier is fouling the scorer.

The problem here has mostly been defense. Georgia needs more stops.

Derek Ogbeide just blocked a shot harder than I've seen one blocked in awhile.

A note: E'Torrion Wilridge is now 2-for-9 on free throws this season and 10-for-27 in his career.

    Yikes.

LSU won't go away - it's now 65-63 with 8:10 left and Frazier and Ogbeide both have three fouls.

This looked like a game that would be a cakewalk late in the first half. Now LSU has a lot of confidence, and Georgia looks lost on defense. Frazier is doing his best to take over on the offensive end. But the Bulldogs need to play much better defensively, particularly inside. A team getting hot from outside is one thing. But the Tigers are getting way too many baskets inside.

Oh man, Frazier picks up his fourth foul on a 3-point try with 6:21 left. Looked like a really tough call, Frazier had just come up to the guy, and the contact wasn't obvious.

Great play by Frazier - after his second free throw misses, sneaks in and tips it back under a taller player. Gave Georgia a brief 72-69 lead.

Then another tough call, this one on Turtle Jackson, who appeared to have knocked the ball away cleanly, but it was ruled a foul. Two shots and a one-point game again.

Georgia briefly had it back out to a 6-point lead on a Frazier three-point play - set up by a Wilridge block.

But the inability to rebound hits again, leading to a wide-open 3 for LSU. It's 77-74 with 4:14 left.

LSU with a chance to take the lead after this timeout. I guess it goes without saying how bad a loss this would be for Georgia.

And the rebounding troubles plague Georgia again: A put-back by Wayde Sims gave LSU its first lead since early in the first half. Georgia trails 78-77 with 1:16 left and Mark Fox calls timeout.

Frantic final seconds here. Georgia's season on the line.

On that LSU downcourt pass: It looked to me like Ogbeide assumed the game was or that a foul was called, and walked. But they give him the foul.

    Georgia wins, barely, 82-80.
