Are people’s cb to a player right or wrong more often than not? Where do you even find the cbs that are given, and who is the most creditable when it comes to them. I follow recruiting but sometimes I feel completely out of the loop.

It is not a guess. I'd say a lot of times the "prediction" is more often than not someone who has shared information that links said recruit to eventually choosing a school.
