- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

Did Luke ever look this happy at Ole Miss?
Love the enthusiasm.
Once Luke gets nice and settled in Athens, it’s gonna be hard for him and his wife to want to leave out.
Hope he is as proactive in rebuilding his recruiting room. With the loss of 2 of his top three on-field recruiters and his Director of Player Personnel, it looks like he needs to make some moves. So far, Matt Luke doesn't seem like much of a downgrade from Pittman (though Jones/SVPG's decision of Signing Day will be his early judgement day) but does anyone have any idea what Monken's (or Faulkner's) reputations are on the trail? Were they viewed as alpha recruiters at their prior spots? If not, do more changes need to be made to mitigate the loss of Coley's recruiting prowess?
Maybe I get downvoted here for not knowing what a post with a long vertical line is, but it’s really annoying to have to scroll down 10 times to get past nothing.
I’m guessing you’re on a phone or tablet? If so turn it sideways so the screen rotates and then back to normal and it will fix it, but only for the 1 time. You’ll have to do it on each thread if it occurs. It’s some weird thing with the forum and twitter posts I think
To be fair, Pittman was said to be planning to retire in Athens until the day he was announced at Arkansas. No matter how much assistants may love the job and town it's hard to pass up the head coaching opportunities that come with being part of a successful program.
I cannot forget that JC was WR Coach first two+ years and his arguable downfall in year 4 was lack of developed ready to play WRs. We will miss Florida connections though. Hope Hartley can carry the state of Florida by himself, but hard without Coley/south part of state and Fountain in the north. We probably do need another strong recruiter there but with closers like Kirby, Dell, and Luke hopefully we should be ok.
It's an issue with how embedded tweets display on the mobile site. If you rotate the phone so your screen goes to landscape and then back to portrait it should take care of it.
Thanks guys! Appreciate it.
Technically Pittman was going to retire in NW Arkansas. His last coaching gig was supposed to be us and then retire in Arkansas. He jumped only because it was this exact job.
His downfall in year 4 was not the lack of development in the WR room...it was the inability of White or Cook to become a 1B back to be paired with Swift last season.
Judging by this year's results, I wouldn't count on Hartley to be the one to replace Coley's production in Florida or overall in recruiting (let alone the combined production of Coley and Fountain).
Luke is no small dude. Those boys are huge!
So did Jordan Burch or Alex Huntley come to Athens this weekend?
Burch is at LSU. Huntley didn’t go anywhere he could visit next week
Why be worried about who can recruit. It can’t be that hard to get a player to come play for a program that’s competing for national championships year in year out at this time
