Hey folks - as a member of the DawgNation community, please remember to abide by simple rules of civil engagement with other members:
- Please no inappropriate usernames (remember that there may be youngsters in the room)
- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans
- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum
- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

This should open us up for Flowe and Sewell. Best players find the field. After seeing Milton tweet Flowe after dropping his top 4, I take that as we aren’t slowing down with him just yet.
Nice try - still 23 2020 signees
Again probably not...but I don’t know definitively.
Projected best case DL: Carter, Brinson, Burch, Dexter, Stackhouse. Walker likely would’ve been out based on need. Add Walker in now. ILB room is still stacked. Walker can be a JACK, Flowe likely wouldn’t be that role.
Sewell remains the priority so no change.
Agreed could affect other position groups if needed. I’d look at WR first.
Like always, thank you for the info. Seems like I may need to just give up on the Flowe idea lol. Sewell is an incredible player and I’d be just as happy if we land him.
Should not post VIP/paywall stuff. Summary is okay, but not the real deal.
Hypothetically: with a need to refocus efforts on Walker/others following the Cox departure - plus talk about various flip targets like Gordon or Ricks - is a 3-star project (Wren) a luxury they can ultimately afford if there are now more pressing roster needs for this class?
Forgive me for being the wet blanket, but I'm concerned with the posting of paywalled content. Don't want the mods to get mad.
On a happier but somewhat cynical note, it seems to me the time would be ripe for news cycle corrective action. That's usually a commit. Just saying.
Maybe he is a project - maybe he is. The coaches already knew the class was tight. They like the kid and gave him a commitable offer. He's really fast.
Why would they process him out just 4 weeks later. Really, really fast is always a pressing need.
To build on this with potentially more open roster spots why would we process a player?
Well said. "Really, really fast is always a pressing need."
I'm sure this has been discussed, but with Cox's dismissal does this impact Burch's decision? His pathway to PT just got a whole lot easier.
@textdawg - not necessarily advocating they process him out - I personally love everything i’ve read/heard about him...just entertaining the thought that it’s possible that the momentum/critical mass of 5-stars that are aligning to join this class may have surpassed even the most optimistic mock board the staff had projected even a couple months ago.
I believe @SoFL_Dawg suggested WR as a potential position group (4 commits) that they may need to reassess given the current list of open spots vs the players they find they have a legitimate chance of landing; hence my question.
@SoFL_Dawg
All I can say is my tea leave decoder is defective. If Tank isn't likely a Dawg and it isn't because we have a silent commitment from a higher ranked RB, I have no idea what the tea leaves are saying. But I'll trust it's excellent news.
You may be right. And obviously there are many that know our board better than me. I don't know it at all.
But I doubt all these kids being interested in Georgia is a surprise to Kirby. He knew it when he accepted Wren's commitment.
Hearing a rumor there could be a de-commitment coming from a certain RB that is currently committed to USCjr...... Has anyone else heard this rumor?
No but I read it today as well. We expected a decommitment but last I heard it would be mid season after he saw their product on the field.
I've long suspected Lloyd would not end up at USCjr.
Lloyd will be in the fold if Evans backs out
You and everyone else
