- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans

- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

Miami for Washington. Thats also a place Thei is interested in? Just using clues would Miami and UGA be taking two? Maybe Miami get thisentwo and UGA gets Arik and Large like @SoFL_Dawg Dawg mentioned.
I saw a quote from Washington on another site where he specifically mentioned that Hartley was talking to him about playing with another guy:
"They have two seniors and they need two tight ends. Todd is trying to get two tight ends - hopefully, me and Theo, or me and Arik. Something like that."
The 6-foot-7.5, 261-pound tight end says Todd Hartley could pull it off.
"His chances are pretty high," Washington said. "Everybody has a chance. Everybody had their chance. It comes down to how they recruit."
Supposedly from a 247 story..no clue on the provenance.
Gotta say for a position I don't normally pay much attention to, this TE battle might end up being one of the most interesting. 3 really talented guys that a lot of the same schools, real heavyweights, still seem to think they're in it for.
That and the Sewell battle.
So a little something about Washington in a round about way.
At Baylor camp today there were a number of really good TEs. Nothing elite but at least 10 D1 probable (between 9th-12th grade) out of 75 or so TEs.
There was a kid, don't know his name, but he'll be a junior. He was 6'7.5" and 235lbs. He was not elite, moved pretty good, decent speed and good hands.
Point being - this kid is no where near the athlete or prospect that Washington is - not even close - but he was simply unrecoverable. There were a few elite LBs and some really good safeties - and they could do nothing. The catch radius was just so massive.
I was always intrigued about Washington - but after watching this kid - a poor man's version - I am even more intrigued.
I can't tell you how many good pass catchers I have seen on Friday night - but never one this big. Holy moly - Washington could be a game changer.
That’s the thing if we need to and are stressing we “need” you and not want them we’ll get two of those three and two of those three you can’t go wrong with. Give me Arik for sure, he seems like a guy you must have even tho he fell to the no2 athlete. On the other hand you say do you want the so called next Lebron James of football or the best football athlete Canada has ever produced till this day. You can’t go wrong. These guys will be critical to the next starter as TEs are QBs best friend. It’s going to be a epic future
The Sewell battle is one we need to win badly.
New 247podcast: there IS an update on Ringo
For the non podcast folk he and Wren worked out for the coaches on Friday. IDK how it works but apparently they used a "camp day" for some of the guys that showed on Friday whereas Saturday was all fun. Guy's not committed yet but shows up a day early and puts on a show for the coaches...hmmm
Y'all, this is obvious but have you considered how much of an absolute unit our OL is?
I know the conversation has moved on to the TE question but geez...that position group in Pittman's room is stout.
I saw it. I recall the line now. Not offensive to me at all. If someone didn't see the film they could take it another way.
Posted on the other thread but thought I may put it here as well, talked to Darnell and family earlier on campus today, really nice guy and family, not sure if it’s already known but they told me they’d be back for the ND game. I know lots of recruits will be here for that but still a long way from Nevada. That size in person is unbelievable.
Has to be one of the best names on this entire board........
Second thought - no question it is the best name on this board. Love it.
Scene from movie...one of my favorite GIFs to make fun of things with. Hopefully it works (first time gif post)

One last screencap to put a bow on an amazing weekend of recruitment watching: from Carson Beck’s Insta...bonus like by Burch, to boot!
Not for nothing - Beck is almost 6’4 220 and his thigh is the size of Washington’s bicep (!)
The red glow in these photos is an awesome development.
