For those of us who are pig ignorant of UGA hoops, insight into where the program stands now would be appreciated. Also, insight into 2019 recruiting would be bueno, too. Thanks in advance.

Many people criticized Mark Fox for his in game coaching, despite having one been regardedly highly in that respect. I always saw it more of the players he had not being all that great. Of course the flip side is, he can't blame the talent since he is responsible for finding talent and bringing it to UGA.

I say all that to say, if they are right, we should be fairly decent next year. Tom Crean is a really successful coach who turned Indiana around after being down to something like 3 scholarship guys due to sanctions.

If it is really just the talent, we will have to wait another couple years and see if he can recruit to UGA. He seems very high energy and truly happy to be at UGA and believes he can build a great program. I kinda wanted to commit to UGA Basketball after hearing a bunch of interviews. I think we're in great hands.

His energy seems limitless. He's always around, talking to someone about GA hoops. It's funny, but I never like him while he was at Indiana. Something about him put me off, but seeing him a bit more since he got here, I kind of like him.

I am with you. I’m not sure what it was, but I got the same feelings as you. He is starting to grow on me though for some reason
