Make Up Your Mind Day is observed annually on December 31st. This day is set aside to encourage us to quit wavering, to take a side, to follow through with a decision and stick to it. As New Year’s resolutions go, this may be the day to decide which ones to declare.

What decisions are you going to make? I, for one, am going to do my best to get back on a more regular exercise routine...I've got the eating part down pretty good, at least good enough to suit me. I've got enough exercise stuff from my coaching to fill a small gym, so no real good excuses.
