Before I die...
I just want to see Georgia win one National Championship in football. I was born 10 years after last title. There are several things I want to do before I die, but this one is of the most important things I'd like to see. I know a lot of people on here are craving for a dynasty, but I just want to see one.

Just survive another 11 months, and you should be good. 🤞
Hope so...
I was 12 years old the last time UGA brought home the gold. Since then, I have survived car wrecks, hurricanes, a tornado, 25-plus years in law enforcement, and cancer.
And right now is the closest we have been since 1982. I hope we can finish it and get that millstone off our back.
Dang UnderDog, I'm hoping for you too
I was 17 back in 1980. As I’m nowadays in my mid 50s?? I’m in total agreement about seeing at least one National Championship by Georgia during this “run” that they appear to be riding at the moment. Nothing in life is ever a sure thing. I’ll be simply ecstatic over another Georgia Bulldogs “Natty”, because there’s no shortage of “haters” out there... some of which “troll” right here inside of our own DawgNation forum. I DO believe (now more than ever since 1980) that it’s now going to be a question of “WHEN” instead of what it seemed to be for years, and years, the question before was always “IF”.... GO DAWGS!!!
That was before my time, but I remember my father watching the tape of the game. I would love to be able to share the moment with him of watching the dawgs win it all.
I was 21 and in school at UGA. Life was good and that football season put an exclamation point on my internal hopes for a NC every year. Of course all since have been left unfulfilled, but I'm confident that not only I, but you young bucks will get to see one, if not more, in the near future...
Ghost bro... I’m trying to wind down for the night. No need to get the blood flowing my man
I was 11 washing cars and pumping gas at a "full service gas station" in 80 listening to the Lindsey Scott play. Was 12 by the end of season when we won the NC. Was just getting started with my fandom of UGA. didnt really understand the significance of the NC then
I was born in May of 80. I would like to see one I've been conscious for. Just once as James Ingram would say
Kirby and Fromm will get a ring. Only other QB I have studied and absolutely called a sure fire Natty winner was DeShaun Watson. Watson almost won two....Fromm may just win 2 and barely missing the 3rd his freshman year.
I was 29 when UGA last won and didn't come to USA until 1988 so never knew that CFB was so big. Ardent watcher of NFL and had Super Bowl Monday off every year for the a long time (5 hour time difference). I am hopeful that I get to see KS lift the trophy but have a lot less opportunities than most if not all here.
Go Dawgs and soon 😂
You and I are around the exact same age, then....I was 11 when the season began, and turned 12 two days after the 1980 Ga/Fla game.
Mama should a woke you up for that
I've got myself confused. If we won the NC in 80, was that the 79 season and the Jan game that won if for us in 80. Or was it the 80 season still even though the game was in Jan. ?
Simpler version: did we win the NC in our 79 or 80 "season"?
