We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

We need to make sure we consistently use the "/s" when appropriate.

They can because it's not administered by UGA; it's by the state. The kid could also get a private scholarship from a business as long as the donor was not connected to UGA and was offered regardless as to where he went.
