Hey folks - as a member of the DawgNation community, please remember to abide by simple rules of civil engagement with other members:
- Please no inappropriate usernames (remember that there may be youngsters in the room)
- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans
- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum
- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

Not sure what you are trying to say here? He is a 4th year Junior and could have gone pro last year. Regardless of what his stats are this year he has speed and size to line up and take the top off of defenses in the NFL. He will not be on the team in 2020.
I'm down with Arian Smith. One of my main gripes about Wren was that he was going to need a ton of work. This guy looks like he could play sooner giving Wren time to learn to play WR.
So is the WR Board:
1) Rosemy
2) Robinson
3) Burton
4) Smith/Wren
or is it something else?
@Denmen185
Are these your rankings ?
it appears we just offered dontae manning, seems veryyyy late. Possible we don’t think we can flip williams or land Thompson and he’s a new candidate
I hope he has that type of year! That would be great! I’m just saying that he has a year of eligibility left after this year if he wants to still play. That means he isn’t guaranteed to be gone.
Oversimplifying matters somewhat, butClemson beat Alabama by going deep and stretching top off of defense (as dgd 829 said), as did OSU in 2015 and as Alabama beat us in national championship game. I feel better with another fast more polished receiver like Smith or Jarrett in addition to Wren.
We don’t know the board.
@dgd829 The staffs board or a poster ?
Its been stated that J Robinson was the number 1 target of the staff at WR for this class.
Id project Fleming was 2nd, followed by Rosemy / Jarrett and Burton (though he might wind up being the best of all)
I am wondering what the staffs current realistic board looks like. I was more just trying to highlight the spots rather than the order, however I do think this would be the correct order based on 247 Composite which I guess is what I was “ranking” them by.
Got ya. I dont think the 247 board are that off, but the staff doesn’t necessarily go off rank when it comes to the top tier guy.
In my previous post i based it off info given on here and the amount of visits / contact the staff has been reported to have with the prospects too
For the DL, I think 1) Dexter would bump one of current DT, 2)Tim Smith would bump Burroughs, 3) Take Burch over Walker as SDE, 4) Carter stays as anchor and then 5) Stackhouse or Brinson as DT depth Or Walker as another SDE/DT hybrid.
I don’t think we have room for Donnell Harris / BJ Ojulari and 4th reciever unless we have a class of 25. Harris is best available but Arian Smith might be more of a need.
i think we take a class of 25 unless Cleveland Stays.
Best guess mock right now, trying to keep a small class without knowing the number. This is at 23.
QB-Beck
RB-Milton, Tank
WR-Robinson, Rosemy, Wren, Smith/Burton/Baker
TE-Gilbert, Washington
OL-Jones, Braun, Tate, SVP
DL-I’ll omit for now but thinking 5
OLB-Sherman
ILB-Sewell
DB-Ringo, Kimber
K-Zirkel
@SoFL_Dawg
Omitted or not, I like that number. I want a truckload of DL. The sooner our DL matches the dominance of our OL the better.
Likely best DL haul in history of UGA. Seems like we’ve said that about at least one position group every cycle under Kirby.
