Hey folks - as a member of the DawgNation community, please remember to abide by simple rules of civil engagement with other members:
- Please no inappropriate usernames (remember that there may be youngsters in the room)
- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans
- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum
- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

Remember Philando Castile? Got shot for informing the officer that he was carrying a firearm. Funny how the NRA kept quiet on this case too. I'd say that's less than throwing water on someone, especially since throwing water on someone isn't in the Bill of Rights.
😘
That’s the one I’ve referenced, and agree it was wrong and that officer should have been convicted. He asked for his license screamed don’t reach and then shot him. I wouldn’t say he was doing less than throwing water though him and his gf were sitting in a car smoking weed with an infant in the backseat. Still shouldn’t have been shot though
For those who didn't grow up in the "rough side of town" or New York. It gets hot up here and most people dont have ac. Every 3rd block you will have the hydrant on. Everybody knows if you dont want to get wet then you dont go down that block. These cops didnt radio for help, they didnt get upset or chase anybody, and in the beginning 1 was seen smiling. They are adults and are fine so let go of all that " if it was my kid talk". Some cops that were on the beat in a few neighborhoods I would ride through would participate in the fun back in the day. I rather see a bunch of kids splashing cops than 1 of them shot for being kids. As far as fans getting mad at OUR players for having an opinion, go find a buddy to play with. You are worried about the wrong thing. We should be happy to have a guy with the moral fiber of a guy like Trouble. Go play that Off My Lawn game somewhere else.
P.S.
This happened during one of the hottest weekends of the year for us. Those cops not only should thank them for the cool down, but would've been dry in 20 mins. Let's stop making mountains out of ant hillls.
No big deal. He's just a kid. Thankfully I didn't have twitter when I was 18. I was very opinionated and eager to share my every thought.
I'm still opinionated but started keeping most things to myself when I learned that it doesn't matter whether or not NASA really landed on the moon.
Does anyone know what type of BBQ they are having? Would Georgia mostly be Boston butt, short ribs and chicken?
At UT this weekend I can assure you that it will be all beef - no pork.
Although I actually prefer pork. It's my Georgia blood.
Went to Sprayberrys almost every Saturday as a kid.
So basically he shouldn't post anything or have opinions. Every opinion will go against someone else's. Like you're supporting Law Enforcement he is supporting what he wants. We all have opinions.
You bring up a good point. Perhaps seeing many cases similar to this one wherein the officer isn’t punished by the justice system plays into why some people feel the need to show disrespect to the police. Not saying whether disrespect was shown in the original video, as I don’t personally see the problem either.
This entire thread is off the rails? He's an 18-year old kid, and you are making WAY too big a deal out of this. You really think Kirby cares one bit about what Rian said?
"Now Rian, we're gonna have to confiscate your Twitter account because the boosters are tracking every one of our players to make sure their social media doesn't go against their opinions."
Give me a break man.
I miss Southern pulled pork, add some pickles and some bbq sauce, got yourself a meal.
Amen.
Food is the great unifier of all peoples. You think Kirby gave direct orders for food based on his own personal preferences? I'd like to know who crafted the menu for tonight.
Netori, Jordan Davis, Jamaree, Hill and Cleveland
