Williams skill set sounds a lot like another QB who used to be at UGA, only it sounds like he will be able to actually pick up the offense much faster.

I certainly hope he commits. That being said, I dunno. Historically, we haven't been the ideal place for a dual threat QB and I'm still not convinced that we would have the plays for it. Of course, he mentioned that he only runs when he needs to, so maybe he really isn't a running QB. Certainly leadership is an important quality of a starting QB and he may want to learn how to get "pumped up" with his teammates or at least appear so. College football isn't a game of strategy: it's a game of passion and energy. "Synergy" isn't mentioned a lot in the football world, but I'd bet it applies a lot here. Having a team moving and thinking as one can easily take down bigger talent (and vice versa).

Either way, fingers crossed and hope we see you in Athens.

Love the article about Caleb Williams. But what happened with Brock Vandergriff? Especially considering he goes to school so close to Athens?

Who’s the guy who was breaking tackles on the kick return - is Georgia recruiting him?

2021 and you have to plan for it now. Sounds like he would fit in very nicely at UGA.

committed to Oklahoma. OU is not taking a 2020 QB and Brock was the only QB in 2021 they offered. Hard to argue with the QB success recently at OU
