Hey folks - as a member of the DawgNation community, please remember to abide by simple rules of civil engagement with other members:
- Please no inappropriate usernames (remember that there may be youngsters in the room)
- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans
- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum
- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

It’s David Daniel
Check out 2021 thread
Yeah i just saw. At the time i was hoping for a 2020 guy. Ill take it though.
I assume that Daniels for the following cycle means we don't think we'll flip Williams or add any other safety to the 20 class?
Not to get this thread too off topic, but I think we are still very much involved with Williams for 2021.
all of our DB prospects for 2020 are listed as CB’s only guys we are looking at are Ringo/Ricks/Kimber. We’d take all 3 but if only 2 come then we won’t go searching in 2020 for the replacement.
not an insider, that’s just the basic understanding I have by reading through the info ATM.
Makes sense. Two quality safties seem important for 2021.
I meant Avante Williams in the 2020 class.
Gotcha, well I think that ship sailed at about the same time Milton committed. Ricks interest and conflicting timelines where the main cause.
I’ve been told we cooled on him. Started with timelines not aligning, he was “pushed” to make a move this summer and it didn’t align with his wants at the time.
Ive heard he’s on the back burner now. We take a max of 3 with Kelee Ringo and Elias Ricks headlining the priority target list. All 3 of these potential commitments (including Kimber) could play S if needed. They are being brought in as CB targets.
I think there will be a few misses if a true S is heavily targeted in 20 down the stretch. Probably need to miss on both CB targets, 1 DL, and remaining LB target.
Any chance ricks Ovs for the ND game?
Whether it’s an OV or not he’s already said he’s gonna be there I thought?
Milton/Sewell/Washington/Johnson are all expected correct?
There’s a chance yes but I don’t know if it’s confirmed.
I can't wait for the all-red light it up 4th quarter at next weekend's game. I don't think it can be overstated how much of an effect that is going to have on these recruits. Hopefully it seals the deal for these '20 kids
I want it to affect Notre Dame more.
I honestly believe the game will be a 3-4 score lead by the 4th quarter.
