Hey folks - as a member of the DawgNation community, please remember to abide by simple rules of civil engagement with other members:
- Please no inappropriate usernames (remember that there may be youngsters in the room)
- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans
- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum
- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

QBs aren't like RBs who have very short NFL careers compared to most positions. With QBs it is all about development an reps, etc. While Jake will have had almost 40 starts by end of this year, he needs as many as possible w/ few throws he gets a game in the UGA run-heavy offense.
Couple together a likely 2nd/3rd/4th round draft grade and - anything less than a Natty this year - and there would likely be too many reasons to stay and not enough reasons to go. Whereas every carry on Swift's odometer is shortening his career - it's just not that way w/ QBs.
More reasons to stay than go. Don't think Jake's leaving - I know that puts me in the minority.
Champ Bailey? He left after his junior year.
Who are the recent Evans CBs to?
@bmauldin so far i’m a solid 2/2 in recruits that i’ve talked to. could Sewell be 3? i’m going to watch Burch play two weeks from now. maybe i could seal the deal.
If another QB is needed, Tennessee seems to be rising on the unappealing list. Any chance on Bailey ?
Did Burch make it? Getting conflicting information. Another site says no.
Never said losing to fields. Just Eason. I think he would have stayed and not hit the transfer portal. I just think Jake is made of different stuff there.
I think one thing that has not been taken into consideration yet by us is the NFL CBA will be ending in 2020. In 2021 the new CBA will be out and it is supposed to raise rookie contract payouts and allow for shorter deals so players can cash in earlier on a second contract. If you don't think this is a consideration, then ask Matt Stafford. He left early because the CBA was changing and would made him get paid dramatically less if he left one year later.
Fromm and his family are smart and I guarantee they are taking this into consideration.
Got one to LSU
@SoFL_Dawg So Burch did make it to town? Many sisters are reporting that he didn’t make it in.
Jeff Said yes
Congratulations! When’s the big date?
😂 it’s more of a “it’s complicated “ Facebook status
Washington up to 83% UGA now
regarding Jordan Burch: Did not make it into town. Got that from a source that I will no longer term "reliable" given that status.
That said, I think things will still be okay there.
