Hey folks - as a member of the DawgNation community, please remember to abide by simple rules of civil engagement with other members:
- Please no inappropriate usernames (remember that there may be youngsters in the room)
- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans
- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum
- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

Would Jeff have needed to amend his number if we haven't pulled out? Evans satisfies top 5 on both lists. I personally would like to see us continue his pursuit.
I think the staffs list for RB2 is:
1a) Evans (not a commitable offer ATM)
1b) Don Chaney Jr. (Iron is a lot hotter behind the scenes than some are letting on)
2) Nobody
It’s gonna be 1 of these 2 unless the NCAA lifts the rules around the 25 man rule. To many other good guys at other positions that want in.
We played ourselves out of Lloyd & Bigsby.
Bijan Robinson is a 10% chance at best rn.
Gibbs would probably be a Dawg if Richt was still the coach.
Im not an insider and I don’t have inside info, this is just my interpretation of what guys like @JeffSentell & @SoFL_Dawg have posted in here.
Jeff's current top ten as of 10-09.
Nolan Smith would be my pick for the next Chase Young. UGA maintains a bit more discipline in its rush lanes, though. See New England.
Per Rivals?
Would have to think we would take a 2nd rb, even if it’s not Evans, or Chaney. This is an extremely deep rb class.
It might be someone that we either havent heard of yet or someone we have already forgotten about. I do agree it may be nobody and just sign one. I still think Zeus is our feature back next year with everyone else fighting for carries.
Checking in from Orange Park Florida. Beck had a good night tonight, didn't keep track of stats but he took what was given to him and didn't try to force too much like he was in his previous games. He has a tendency to trust his talent and try to get everything in one play. He had a big 40 yard touchdown and a rushing touchdown as well. Young man had a great game and got a big win, exchanged a Go Dawgs! at the end of the game as well. I'm not sure if this will make any of you feel better but our pied piper can get it done.
Also,
I can only imagine how bad today hurt our recruiting class.
Well. Bye bye burch
Beat me too it.
If we're lucky Burch is the only one we will lose out on.
Nobody....the answer is nobody is next. We just looked like a grade A dumpster fire against an opponent we were favored ove by 21. I think you may actually see some recruits jump ship.
These comments are asinine. Which recruits are we losing over this game? What highly touted recruit watched this game and didn’t say to himself “I can play better than that”? What recruit watched that game and didn’t see future playing time as a freshman?
Serious question for SoFl, does this outing change our approach with Arian Smith since we have no one like him on the roster?
This. People who know more than me say the offense is missing a burner. Pickens and Blaylock are not this and neither are Rosemy or Robinson and Wren is a 5’9 veer RB in HS currently. Is getting another speed WR even more important now or do the coaches not see it as a problem?
Can hope that we pulled at Burch's heartstrings? Hope springs eternal. Springs - Strings - eh?
Same approach we’re chasing him. Not sure if we’re his first choice or not. I don’t believe we are but he can easily see an opportunity for himself in a game like this.
The lack of separation in obvious passing downs was honestly shocking. When they weren’t in zone, they were up in us tighter than a smedium thong WC likes to wear. We need Smith, maybe moreso than we need guys ranked higher at other positions.
after today, Smith might be more important than RB2, 2nd DL, and third DB.
This, and SoFL will tell you that I did not feel this way recently. I still want to keep the LA kid too. He is FAST also.
