Hey folks - as a member of the DawgNation community, please remember to abide by simple rules of civil engagement with other members:
- Please no inappropriate usernames (remember that there may be youngsters in the room)
- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans
- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum
- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

Gilbert will be an average wr, but could be a great olb, or te. He will start at wr in college, but I highly doubt he will leave at that position.
FWIW, Gilbert will likely choose bama as a TE, not WR. The difference between us and them is they have recent success stories to showcase at TE. We do not, and our current group is arguably the weakest link on our offense today. No denying it, lack of production at the position has caused us to lose this battle; probably less than 20% chance to sway him at this point, and reality is that we only have a chance because of the way Dell has connected with his family, especially his mother.
If swaying Gilbert meant we have to not get Darnell then I don’t want it to happen
With all of that said, are we still in the lead for Theo and Washington?
That makes sense.
Tbh. Theo has a couple schools ahead of us according to what I've read elsewhere. I would be interested to know some other names for the 2nd TE spot. Maybe a grad transfer or portal guy? Just in case Theo decides to go elsewhere.
Possible grad transfer but the staff has zeroed in on their top 3. They let options 4 and 5 (Large & Carr) go a few months back
Who is #3?
You do understand that Gilbert is a better TE prospect than Washington, right?
The film isn’t close.
Maybe its been mentioned previously, but I would be interested in bringing this kid in. Very highly recruited, lost his job due to early season injuries. Grad transfer
1/2 of the TE job is blocking too btw.
It’s up to 90% for UGA TEs.
Evil Sam Pittman has this thing for AG and I’m not sure why? I’ll take the guy who wants to be a dawg
Because he's a special player. A transformative player.
Having that said who would be the higher priority target or the best TE for this program.
