Hey folks - as a member of the DawgNation community, please remember to abide by simple rules of civil engagement with other members:
- Please no inappropriate usernames (remember that there may be youngsters in the room)
- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans
- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum
- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

We have a multi million dollar facility to keep them warm, dry, and having a great time. We’ll be fine
Seemed to work on G-Day
Just when we thought you turned the corner to positivity lane ....
Hypothetically, UGA could stop using traditional TE and use extra OT (ala Cade Mays) in that role instead. Then use AG in flex or 4 WR sets. The result is UGA recruits more OT and WR and no traditional TE. If we don’t throw anymore than we have to TE then OK. But I think AG and DW would get more chances because of they are superior athletes than current and past TEs.
Yeah, we just need to upgrade the room, which we will. Both TJ and DW want to develop as hand in dirt inline blocker and Receiving TE. They’re following the NFL path.
Should probably reiterate, AG will be a traditional TE at bama. He didn’t hit them with the same stipulations that he gave everyone else.
"He didn’t hit them with the same stipulations ....." He gone.
So he's going to Bama then lol.
Not going to be fun trying to defend him that's for sure.
Hmm wonder why 🤔
So, AG knows that ONLY he can make the changes work, and moreover adding any other TE for 2020 will screw it up? Somewhat unlikely.
Washington is the best TE prospect I have personally ever seen in high school football.
I like him the best of the top 3 candidates.
This will probably be unpopular but I believe Theo Johnson will be the best of all 3 of these at the end of his career. Best athlete of them all in my opinion.
Not reaching out on a limb there . Definitely could happen . He’s a Travis Kelce
As a te? Maybe, but not at wr.
Absolutely possible.
Personally I kind of hope we decide to get faster on offense moving forward. If we miss on AG, so be it, but to me that makes Theo a must have.
Fast agile and big TEs are impossible to cover and his ceiling is debatably the highest of all 3 of our targets. I haven’t seen film, just some camp highlights, but Theo is not a consolation prize and may end up being the best player of the 3. He can be an elite receiving threat at TE.
I'm trying to figure out how anyone on Dawgnation can determine which of the three is the best player or athlete. Off a few Hudl highlights?
I can put together a Hudl highlight of my 6'5" freshman son that may convince some of you that he is one of the best freshman in the country. I can just as easily put together Hudl highlights where he looks awful, over matched and should join the bass fishing tournament team.
All 3 TEs have the measurables necessary to compete at a high level. Determining which is the best - impossible.
AG has one huge advantage. He plays against far superior talent each week.
DW has one huge advantage. If he develops properly - how do teams cover him.
"If he develops properly - how do teams cover him." Bingo! DW it is then.
