Everything you said is fair, and should not be taken as a bashing of anyone.

As a casual tackle football observer, I am flummoxed by his lack of use. In limited action when given the chance in space, the kid is electric, and sort of reminds of of Alvin Kamara. I hope he stays, and they figure a way to get him the ball. But a man's gotta do, what a Man's gotta. That is The way.

Here's hoping for a side of Z.W. alongside my turkey on Thursday.

Yep. Sentell just dropped the story in his thread as well as on the main site.

Always thought they could use him in the slot, run some wheel routes, maybe an occasional jet sweep. I’m not a coach— just a fan’s perspective.

The style and philosophy of offense football we play has already, and will definitely continue to, result in a recruiting setback. It’s so **** frustrating to me multiple levels and I bet anything that the kids are frustrated to the max as well, see e.g., Swift. I know Fromm has been missing some wide open receivers, receivers have dropped a ton of ball, we’ve played some good defenses and it has been raining a lot on Saturdays this season, but enough with the excuses already, this offense has nothing but 5 and 4 star players all over the field and on the bench. CKS, it’s a lot more about you need to wake the @#*% up than “we need need to improve.” 😡😡😡

Based on that list it should be UGA no issue

Possible situation where we take Flemming and Manning ESD and go BPA in Feb with our last scholly (or two) with Stroud and ASmith.

Both Smith and Stroud want in, Zierkel gets the BlueShirt. If only 1, scholly goes to the K. (Miss on both, K and next BPA)

The more I hear about Manning I want him. I’m okay with Flemming But if we take his commitment would we still take Smith?

I think so, as Wren could be used as a “change of pace” back and return man. Need influx of speed.

Would be real interesting if the last spot came down to Stroud and Smith. (Id say the nod here would lean towards if we got Flemming or not)

I agree with u ab the mood of forum. It’s why I haven’t been on lately. 10-1 and they are crying like vols fans. Makes me sick to be a part of this fan base right now. Less crying more getting ready for LSU. I think we have a better chance of winning that game than most realize. Vegas didn’t make it a three point spread for the fun of it. Everyone counted the dawgs and Kirby out in 2017 seccg after the earlier loss to auburn same as they count them out now with struggling offense and horrible loss to LSU prior season. I see deandre swift having his best game of the year because he will be upset ab the loss he didn’t get to play in the prior year and because jake Fromm seems to have a way of showing up in the big games just look up the stats from any big game and he’s played EXTREMELY well as compared to the smaller games where he game manages and didn’t lose. And if we beat LSU we will win that natty we all want because those 3 weeks of bowl preparation will do wonders for helping this offense gel. Go dawgs. 10-10 ga LSU at halftime. LSU get field goal to start second half then Georgia D holds them scoreless while the offense gets two more tds and one field goal. 27-13 UGA 2019 sec champs. Go dawgs.

I am lowkey confused about the addition of Wren and now the recruitment of Fleming. I have not seen Fleming yet on film (getting to it) but it seems like they are a bit similar. And, they do not fit the normal mold for what we recruit for WR (big bodies, huge catch radius, backshoulder fades).

They both seem to be slot burners. Unless I we are seeing Wren as more of a return/specialist/gimmick guy and Fleming as a true slot in the mold of Blaylock/Jackson.

I'd take Fleming and Smith, TBH. They are different weapons. I just don't get how Stroud helps us this year... I am in the camp of him hurting our recruiting with Williams/Stockton
