Hey folks - as a member of the DawgNation community, please remember to abide by simple rules of civil engagement with other members:
- Please no inappropriate usernames (remember that there may be youngsters in the room)
- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans
- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum
- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

McClendon’s still on staff there, though. I wouldn’t think a demotion would change Lloyd’s decision.
They can acknowledge the recruit with financial paperwork.
I think it is just the financial aid agreement. I'm pretty sure DRob did that back in 2016 which allowed Kirby to talk about him.
Lloyd has signed
I believe, if the blue shirt is still in play, that he signed a financial aid agreement which binds us but can still be blue shirted. Hopefully that makes sense. However, I'd love for someone that actually knows to weigh in.
Sentell on DND saying Zirkel just texted him and Zirk is still a blueshirt
@JeffSentell just confirmed the blue shirt is still in play on DND
It would if he doesn't have a relationship with the new OC. Plus the other unspoken factor.
Here is a summary of what a blue shirt is. Not sure how he can sign anything without violating the blue shirt rules.
Blue shirting is becoming a more popular (but hardly common) way to creatively manage the number of athletic scholarships. Blue shirt rules allow for unrecruited players to be awarded a scholarship at the start of freshman practice. This allows a team that may have too many commits to essentially borrow against their next year’s scholarship total. The rules are rather strict in regard to what is defined as being “unrecruited.” That means there was no official visit taken by the athlete, the coach didn’t visit the athlete at home, there was no National Letter of Intent signed, and no form of athletic aid. https://usatodayhss.com/2017/what-does-it-mean-to-be-a-blue-shirt-recruit
maybe the OL form NCSU is a blue shirt candidate
Not sure what the other unspoken factor is?
@SoFL_Dawg said an unexpected signee and a huge flip might be possible (page 907?). Of the latter, must be Arik - ? - cause Sewell is too tied to Oregon - his brother made AA. Who is the unexpected signee?
247 reporting that Tank has signed with the barn
Arik Gilbert and BJ Ojulari would probably make me jump through a window
yep, he has....
