Hey folks - as a member of the DawgNation community, please remember to abide by simple rules of civil engagement with other members:
- Please no inappropriate usernames (remember that there may be youngsters in the room)
- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans
- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum
- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

Been a long day
Who was “nudie” meant to be?
You deserve a Schlitz!
What are your thoughts on Clowney filling that void possibly?
@SoFL_Dawg
I remember you saying many months ago something to the effect of J. Robinson being the #1 WR target on our board. Do you know if that ended up holding true throughout this past season? Because if so, and he was the #1 priority over the likes of Burton, Rosemy, and Smith...WHEW!
Could turn out to be an even more epic WR haul than many are giving us credit for.

Ok so he has not signed anything committing him to UGA as a scholar athlete. The question now becomes as to whether a minor recruiting violation has been committed. I assume it is okay to talk about him if he is a PWO and enrolled. He will just be paying his own way until August 1st
He signed one of those financial aid forms. Never visited campus. So yeah, he hasn’t signed anything committing himself to us.
Not gonna pretend to know the rules and am not going to try to read them, but if Jeff is confident in the information that’s more than good enough for me.
Yeah that’s what I was told. I think Robinson is going to be more polished than we anticipate, thank you TE, and these bowl practices can only help him this early. That combo of size and speed could be similar to what JJ was for us.
Im not a coach but imo Burton is the best, followed by Rosemy. Burton probably is the best since AJ, then Pickens, Rosemy. Smith is the least ready to make an impact at the position but we know what he brings is unmatched. He’s gotta get stronger in his upper body and marry the jug machine. I love his game, but his hands are a work in progress.
So I think the haul is underrated, while being properly celebrated. Hopefully that makes sense.
Name reminds me of one of my favorite baseball players from the '70s. (Always loved that card in particular.)
Yeah I absolutely love A smith but I don’t think he plays a major role next year. He’s more track star athlete than receiver right now, needs some strength as you said and doesn’t have natural hands. Just overall needs some time to develop.
That being said he has a majorly high ceiling if everything clicks into place. Probably a Henry Ruggs type ceiling.
15.5.1.10.1 Limitation on Number of National Letter of Intent/Offer of Financial Aid Signings -- Bowl Subdivision Football. [FBS] In bowl subdivision football, there shall be an annual limit of 25 on the number of prospective student-athletes who may sign a National Letter of Intent or an institutional offer of financial aid and student-athletes who may sign a financial aid agreement for the first time. (Adopted: 1/16/10 effective 8/1/10, Revised: 1/14/12 effective 8/1/12, 4/26/17 effective 8/1/17 for signings that occur on or after 8/1/17)
If he signed a FAA he is a 2020 initial
tae Williams is apparently waiting until Feb. any way we get back into this one and go back to 4 Dbs?? @SoFL_Dawg
if we’re looking for a speed back, why are we not just looking at what we had right in front of us all along? Cory Wren runs a 4.3 and plays running back in highschool (some would say that’s why he’s not in our class). Any chance we look at him for lightning? I know @SoFL_Dawg has said he likes his tape...
He’s the same height as swift, but gotta put on a lot of weight if he wants SEC carries. However, our S&C program has been amazing at putting weight on our RBs (Sony, cook, even swift was a lot smaller his freshman year). Would get to redshirt behind James next year as well.
If that's who I think it is, I went to high school with his wife. In a high school that had two Miss Georgia's and a another that is now on Good Morning America, his wife was the best looking girl in the school. I know that's not the point of the story, but fond memories. Lol.
*Off topic me if you will, totally worth it.
