Buffalo Trace best bang for your buck bourbon! Awesome straight up and enhances any cocktail.
I tried the Kirkland's blended scotch at my uncles last night and was pleasantly surprised.
Bizarre... why is the word M o n k e y 47 bleeped out??? I picked up a bottle of over the weekend. Best Martini ever!
BTW, Pappy Van Winkle rocks... I remember when you could readily find it and it was only $27.00 a bottle. Good luck with that.
If you like the taste of a wheated bourbon like Pappy's, this is what I like to drink. It's very affordable yet tasty.
Weller is my go to...
I remember buying Weller for $8.99 a bottle not that long ago. I would line up 5 or 6 Bourbons in a blind taste test and nobody could believe Weller was that inexpensive. I said, "Well it won't be that cheap for long!"
give me a price range and I will give you a few suggestions. I am sure others would be happy to do the same
I haven't bought it for that low, but I used to pay around $30 for a 1.75 liter; it's up to $37 now. Still a good deal in my book!
I don't drink very often so I'll spend $100 on a bottle because it'll last.
I usually spent 75 - 125 on a single Malt scotch.
But have nothing against drinking something much less expensive if it's good.
Cheap and good is a great combo.
Apparently not a lot of bourbon drinking in January.....😉 Hope ya'll are still taking a nip now and then.
On a side note, is anyone familiar with bas-armagnac? I guess it's suppose to be similar to a cognac. Just wondering if anyone has ever tried any....
I think they're both brandies just from a different region. However, I'm by no means an expert on it.
Maker’s Mark is my day to day “Go To”.
I thought I had drank too much this evening when I looked up a few minutes ago and saw I was listed on Finebaum’s Best of the Week list.
I just picked up a bottle of Weller 12 year old. Good luck finding that one.
Finally got around to opening a bottle of Blantons last night, really smooth.
