Holiday movie reviews
I love holiday movie season........have only seen 2 so far. Ford vs Ferrari and Knives Out......both are outstanding.
Want to know about 1917 and Richard Jewel or anything else that is really good.
My daughter said Little Women is really good. Don't care.....won't ever see it.
Any other good holiday movies.
Remember.......movie watching is a sport.

You say you won’t see Little Women but I bet if she asks you to take her to see it, you’ll do it lol. Happy wife, happy life!
No. I have all the control. If my wife doesn't do what I want......then I just say no loving for you.....and she always caves.
Wait.....never mind.......she actually has that control.
As Bryan Ferry sang .....I'm a "s.l.a.v.e for love"
I guess I'll have to see Little Women
@texdawg I got two boys under 5 and we watched abominable the other night that was really good kids movie. Haven’t been to the theater since July.
Watched IT 2 it was not very good. Going to watch Zombie land double tap tonight.
Joker is something I want to rent on Apple but haven’t gotten around to it
I miss the good kid movies. Always appreciated the lines they would add for the adults.
I'm thinking about renting Joker tonight.....good call.
There hasn’t really been to many kids movies lately that they will sit Through. They have been watching the avengers movies and loving them.
Lol I misread it as his wife, my bad
Watched Joker and it was really slow for me. Not a horrible movie, but I prefer something a little more fast paced. But that’s just me.
@texdawg maybe I’ll watch any given sunday
Never seen it
Going to see Little Women tomorrow because I have a wife, and three Little Women.
Saw Rise of Skywalker this week, and it was good. If JJ Abrams had done all three films in the sequel trilogy, I think it would have been better. Saw Frozen 2 (again, little women) over Thanksgiving. The story was good, the songs were not.
Saw Rise of Skywalker as well - it was just OK but not as terrible as critics have been complaining. Good action sequences but a bunch of plot holes that probably wouldn't bother a kid under the age of 10. Overall - I think the Mandalorian on Disney Plus has been better
Not a new release but still in theaters: Knives Out. OK murder mystery but don't waste $ on a theater ticket and wait until it's on TV or an inflight movie somewhere.
Looking to see 1917 and Uncut Gems before heading back to work on Jan 5th. Both look excellent -
I thought knives out was excellent.
It’s pretty good. Al pachino plays the head coach, Denis quaid Jamie foxx are the qbs. Definitely recommend checking that one out.
I thought it was a good, well-written movie and thought there were some very good individual performances - particularly Daniel Craig - but because it didn't have the special effect-heavy action scenes that make watching on a big screen a necessity, I would just recommend Rise of Skywalker or 1917 for the big screen before seeing Knives Out.
