Hey folks - as a member of the DawgNation community, please remember to abide by simple rules of civil engagement with other members:
- Please no inappropriate usernames (remember that there may be youngsters in the room)
- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans
- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum
- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

oh yeah, now i remember seeing that
Posted in another thread but one thing was crystal clear in the midst of all the uncertainty; Evans is so much better than Tank and it’s not really close. Same field and it was obvious. Tank is a good player, maybe a great one, he doesn’t have Evans talent.
Dell was justified in his decision here, regardless of the outcome.
Not liking what I’m seeing from guy that I trust the most when it comes to recruiting info.....
I said several hours ago the 2 left are RB2 Evans or Clayton as top priority and DB/DL as #2. We can't go into 2020 with only 4RB. I think we take Clayton if Evans is a no go. He wants in and is a fast rising RB. It wouldn't hurt with SVPG either. To not go after him would be a mistake. If he is agitated it may be good news coming on Evans. I will ask again, is NCAA the issue here.
Right there with you.
This place has just gotten predictable. Like a troll going silent when their predictions are wrong. Shocker.
Now I know how a yoyo feels.
Gibbs>Clayton
especially if we want to open up the offense
LSU only had 4 RBs this year
1 primary and committee approach @ RB2
They only played 1 TE
& only used 5 WRs keeping the top 3 on the field 90% of the time
ran 11 personnel exclusively.
If we wan to move to an offense similar to that I think we already have all the pieces in the 2020 class with out having to replace Evans
Think you can put Gibbs in the Tank category. Scorned. Would be surprised to see 1) offer, 2) acceptance of an offer.
I agree.
Just stating that if we can't get Evans we certainly would't get far enough down the board to get to Clayton.
So many other BPA candidates ahead of him.
Believe we may have ruined our chance with Clayton too.
I hope he joins the class. I can’t help but think of all of the articles that I’ve read from Jeff that talk about how parents feel like they biggest thing about Georgia is Jonas Jennings and how he’ll watch out for their kid and mold them into a man. I just think that’s the kind of support system Zach needs from what I’ve read and heard, especially after the AA game and the Deion interview. If he doesn’t join I wish him all the best and I hope he gets that support wherever he goes.
I see us being more open on offense with an improved passing attack. I don't see us trying to replicate LSU's offense per se.
Would you pass on Evans if it meant we got burch and Huntly
About as likely as Tennessee getting Washington
