Hey folks - as a member of the DawgNation community, please remember to abide by simple rules of civil engagement with other members:
- Please no inappropriate usernames (remember that there may be youngsters in the room)
- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans
- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum
- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

You definitely weren't following the logic. Mods have said not to go down this rabbit hole though
I'm fine with them playing if they do it safely with a plan developed by doctors and infectious disease experts.
Don't twist it again Yale. The topic is about a petition by a player who wants the conference to reconsider. Has nothing to do with a conservative or liberal agenda that a few wanted to take it to. The "rabbit hole" is trying to keep it on topic, without any political agenda. Nothing political in what @Bum stated, so no rabbit whole.
I wasn't talking about Bum but myself. I didn't want to rehash my position to him and get locked for going off topic.
And @PhineasGage , yes it's OT and no need to let me know. I'm trying to keep it on.

His job to offer battle;

2020 has been such a crazy and strange year that Fields returning to Athens wouldn’t surprise me at all. Hell, he may lead us to a natty
178,000 signatures day 1. I’ve never followed a petition really, is that a lot? Sure seems like a lot...
So far no statement from commish. Ryan Day supports the petition, which is awesome.
Quick research from whitehouse.gov -if a petition reaches 100k signatures in 30 days, it merits review and an official response. I know this isn’t a petition to the whitehouse, but I think it shows 178k signatures in about 6 hours or so is a lot.
Excuse him while he whips it out
The evil, schadenfruede part of me can only think one thing...
”guess you’re gonna sit out that season for transferring one way or the other Justin...”
Bart's Friend: "They said you was hung!"
Bart: "And they was right."
Not often those two go together

That would have been nice from the start. An immunologist would have saved more than the Big 10 season.
