Oof. There have been a few plays here where Georgia has just been manhandled around the basket, the latest on Juwan Parker's drive, his shot just grabbed and stuffed out of the air.

There's a lot of frustration evident for Georgia right now, with nothing coming easy.

Georgia's now down 13. The Bulldogs have had as hard a time getting off shots as I can remember this season, and Kentucky isn't missing 3: Its 4-for-5 beyond the arc.

Kentucky is shooting better from 3-pt than we are from the free throw line, much less the field. Yikes.

Frazier's first points finally come at the 4:16 mark, on a pull-up jumper on the break. Georgia still trails 27-18.

And then Frazier's runner, which would've made it a seven-point game, rims out.

Yup, that pretty much sums it up. And Georgia is getting to the foul line, thanks to a foul disparity in its favor. And yet still down 9.

Shots just not falling now for Georgia, even when there's room to shoot: 0-for-8 beyond the arc, three of those misses by Crump, and only one by Frazier, who obviously has been the main focus of Kentucky's gameplan.

J.J. Frazier coming alive, and so is Georgia late in the half.

I'm already looking forward to the John Calipari post-game interview where he explains to us again that, despite all indications to the contrary, Georgia is a very good team, Mark Fox is a great coach, and Georgia should be in the tourney.

    Halftime: Kentucky 32, Georgia 25.

Like I said earlier, last year on this court Georgia started fast and lost, so maybe it decided on a different strategy.

What was a 13-point game at several points is at a manageable point at halftime, and was a 5-point game when Tyree Crump drained a 3 with 10 seconds left. But he left too much time, and Isaah Briscoe hit a long jumper on the other end.

Either way, this could've been a lot worse for the Bulldogs, who have also benefitted from let's call it a fair shake from the officials, much to the consternation of the fans here.

Georgia playing very poorly but KY hasn't iced it...hope springs eternal.

Frazier didn't score until there was 4:16 left in the first half - and still ended up Georgia's leading scorer in the first half. But with only six points.

This was Georgia's lowest-scoring half since it only had 23 against Texas on Jan. 28. It came back to win that game, but let's not begin listing all the different factors this time around.

Not the start Georgia needed in the second half, falling behind by 13 now. So it's an 8-0 run, beginning with Briscoe's jumper at the end of the first half.

This is just an offensive no-show game for Georgia, by pretty much everybody. Maten has been quiet, Frazier has been except for the end of the first half, and the rest of the team can't get shots to fall.

Georgia is also 9-for-15 from the free throw line. With so little margin for error, so many errors being committed.

Well, looks like this'll be one Georgia game that doesn't go down to the wire.
