Hey folks - as a member of the DawgNation community, please remember to abide by simple rules of civil engagement with other members:
- Please no inappropriate usernames (remember that there may be youngsters in the room)
- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans
- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum
- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

And Mayfield is having it with the freaking Browns. Breaking all kinds of curses lol
Everyone's track record of great NFL QB's is terrible. They're just to rare.
LOL, I posted my above comment before I read this. I think it's safe to say I agree with you.
It was pretty funny. I'm glad we agree
you should start a thread with a joke of the day. would be a great addition.
wait, was your post another joke? I don't want to miss out on a good one
Ok man. You win. I don't care if some random guy on a forum doesn't think I'm funny. Just make sure you violently overreact and start calling people names like a child every time you don't understand something. That's what the internet is for, right?
How about keeping it on topic folks.....
Justin Fields should do whatever he and his family think is best for his future.
That's why I added the line "at least that's the recruiting pitch."
Hilarious!!!! You're on a roll
Sorry, is rolling too violent?
Fields will go very early in the draft. He is fully qualified and deserves the opportunity. To stay out another year will cost him millions. He's proved his point and will do very well in the NFL.
Now, Fromm could have used an extra year of college football.
TFK- maybe I'm missing something, but if Brees went to Purdue, Rodgers went to Cal, and Mahomes went to Texas Tech, doesn't that make Baxley's point?
For shame
I'm no expert, but from what I've heard, the NFL is all about production (and $), and they'll yank you quickly if you're not coming through and replace you. So I think it's about there being less room for error and to learn on the job on a week to week basis if that makes sense.
Well there is always the chance, the very good chance, that you're just not good enough. My point is you'll develop your game in the NFL better than you will in college. That doesn't mean the results will be what you want.
